- Order Data: Order IDs, status, and fulfillment details (to answer "Where is my order?" queries).
Information from Store Customers
When customers interact with the App's chat widget on your store, we collect:
- Chat Logs: The content of conversations between your customers and the AI agent.
- Customer Details: Name and email address (only if provided by the customer or the merchant for order lookups).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the App services and to operate the App. Specifically, we use it to:
